We best represent our clients because we have experience and deep roots in the business and academic community.

Principal Broker Stephen Lipinski has been in the community for 40 years as a business owner, faculty member at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, and a strong advocate for individuals with special needs.

Prior to selling Stone Travel to AAA Travel, David Moore, now retired but available for business consulting, managed the needs of business, pleasure, and university travelers for 30 years, establishing sound business relationships throughout New York State and the country. The complete entrepreneur, David manages a personal real estate portfolio with both commercial and residential holdings.

For many years, the former Director of Alumni Affairs at The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell, Phil Miller, directed an internationally renown hospitality executive search firm, Philippus Miller III & Associates. In addition, Phil managed hotel sales and acquisition through our association with Paramount Lodging Advisors. Tragically, Phil passed away in August of 2019. His wife and a group of close associates have continued the good work of his company, and our business relationships. Please contact Stephen Lipinski with any inquiries.

HOSPITALITY CONSULTING

My personal strength lies in assessing and designing restaurant operations with the goal of driving profitability. Courses taught at both the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell and Tompkins Cortland Community College include Application of Food Chemistry to the Commercial Kitchen; Introduction to Foodservice Operations; and a senior level course in Restaurant Management. I can provide value to you and your company in critical areas. Concept Development, Business Plan Development, Revenue Management, Marketing and Advertising, F&B Cost Control, Margin Analysis, Menu Engineering, Business Turnarounds and maybe most importantly, designing financial statements which provide actionable information for any operator.

I have personal experience in brokerage of restaurants; guiding sellers through the process of creating value for a buyer, and guiding buyers through the decision-making process and due diligence.

I can work with your management team to improve their effectiveness in driving sales and improving profitability, providing tools to measure the results of their efforts. Analysis of the physical plant relating to kitchen and dining room layout, flow, table mix, etc. will work to improve your RevPash.
